We take pride in being one of a select group of veterinary hospitals in the state of Virginia having earned membership in the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). The objective of this association is to provide your pet with the best techniques of modern medicine and surgery including equipment, practice methods, and management. To keep up with the growing wealth of knowledge in veterinary care, our veterinarians and support staff participate in continuing education and training on a regular basis. We will continue to meet AAHA's rigid standards in order to provide the highest quality medical and surgical care for your pets.

Dr. Vanja is really kind and clearly so knowledgeable. She takes time with you and your pet and explains everything. I feel so grateful to have her caring for my dog. And the front desk staff is so kind and helpful. Highly recommend for any pet owner.

The entire staff at BHAMC is fantastic. From top notch responsiveness at the front desk to great, caring technicians, this has been a terrific option for our 2 dogs. Dr. Connolly is truly exceptional and takes the time to learn about the dogs and owners, and is great at explaining and making suggestions. We are beyond grateful.

Belle Haven Animal Medical Centre is Outstanding. I’ve personally used them for 8 years, 2 different dogs and have received nothing but great care, knowledge and dog side manners. They are thorough with their checkups on your pets, recommend the best products to keep your pet in tip top health. Dr Baumsteiger is a 10 out of 10, my dogs loving going to visit her.
